Belly Punishment: Farrand Press Style

A brief introduction is required here before the belly pain begins. Like her sister press, Image1 Studios, Farrand Press heartily believes in huge, screen-filling graphics. The winged pixie above (Tania, of the Sisterhood) is only about 5 inches tall--about the size of your finger. Yet, when drawn fighting this deadly carnivorous vine, she seems more like a raging Valkyrie. The image below is that of a portal, found in elder sister Ilsa's novelina.

Yep Farrand is licensed to use members of the Image1 roster wherever it pleases. However, it rearranges things, using six members of the Sisterhood, for example, namely the Guardians of the Black Crystal, to star in their own novelle.  Male sword & Sorcery stars, such as Thoringold, Hogarth, and the Riders of the Black Plains have their own titles, as well.

The sassy Milandra, the notorious elf sister and assassin in the Sisterhood
makes an appearance in the Guardians.

Liandra, a sort of Rainbow Brite with a serious attitude, is the family
cloud warrior, as she rides a winged mare from one cloud kingdom
to another battling wicked warlords. She also appears in the Guardians.

Shown here is a temple in an outworld which appeared in Ilsa's novelina.

The juvenile star of the press is little Doria, who is featured in her own ballad.
She made a cameo appearance in her older sister Leara's serial.

The elder half-sister Celestia makes appearances throughout all of the
Farrand Press Sisterhood e-books.  This obnoxious 51-year-old elf
is best friend to Edena and it the guardian of all the sisters shown.

The triplets, Viana, Liana, and Tiana, all of the Sisterhood, combine
forces in the Sword of Apra series. Rarely, in Image1, do any member
of a set of  twins or triplets join forces.
